1920s & 30s bridge card design

I love the graphics on 1920s-1930s Bridge Tally cards. These elaborately designed (and often die-cut) cards were used to keep score in Bridge games and you will find them printed in numerous themes and patterns. I still find it incredible that such vibrant colour and detail went into items that were used only for a short time then thrown away. Amazingly stylish and designed with Art Deco elements, the tally cards really are worth collecting. Here is a group of my favourites.
